1st Latin American Forum on Governance, Risks and Compliance

Organized by the Regional Association of Oil, Gas and Biofuels Sector Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean (ARPEL) and by the Brazilian Institute of Oil, Gas and Biofuels (IBP), it will take place on November 13 and 14, in Rio de Janeiro.

This event will address Governance, Risks and Compliance (GRC) matters in an integrated way. These matters are increasingly important in the corporate segment, especially driven by the increased number of regulatory and financial requirements and the need to protect data and information. The main risks faced by companies when developing their activities, good corporate governance practices, compliance systems and risks prevention initiatives will be discussed.

Objectives:

- Exchange experiences in key topics
