Graduated in Oceanography from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and Master in Sustainable Development Practices from the Universidade Federal Rural do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ), has 11 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

She worked as an environmental consultant in the Libra Consortium (Petrobras, Shell, Total, CNPC and CNOOC) and in the Exploration area of Petrobras, where she monitored and technically supported the development of Exploration & Production projects, being responsible for ensuring adherence to environmental legal requirements and for coordinating environmental licensing processes of marine seismic activities, long duration tests, anticipated production systems and production development projects.

She was coordinator in the Undersecretariat of Oil, Gas and Energy of the State Government of Rio de Janeiro, where she contributed to the development and application of public and regulatory policies directed to the O&G, biofuels and renewable energy sectors. She served as an advisory member of the State Commission of Environmental Control (CECA) and the State Council of Environment of Rio de Janeiro (CONEMA).

As a researcher at FGV Energia, she works in projects in the area of Oil, Gas and Biofuels.
