Gustavo De Marchi
Bachelor of Laws from PUC/MG, Specialist in Corporate Tax Administration from Escola Superior de Administração Fazendária – ESAF, specialist in Corporate Law from PUC/MG, and specialist in Electric Power Sector Regulation from Fundação Getulio Vargas's Rio de Janeiro Law School (FGV/RJ). At Fundação Getulio Vargas, he is a standing member of the Panel of Arbitrators at the FGV Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration and Legal Consultant at FGV Energia. At the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), he is Chair of the Federal Council's Energy Committee. In his academic career, notable positions include: Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Energy Law at UniCEUB – Centro Universitário de Brasília, Professor of the FGV Law Program course on Legal Aspects of Electric Power, Professor of the extension course on Law and Electric Power at the Rio de Janeiro State School of Magistracy – EMERJ, Professor of the extension course in Energy Law offered by the Mozambique Bar Association in Maputo, and Coordinator and Professor of the Energy Law course at the Higher School of Advocacy (OAB/SP).
