With a degree in Social Communication/Advertising, Simone holds an MBA in Marketing Management by COPPEAD/UFRJ and worked in the Communication and Marketing departments of national and multinational companies, over the last 20 years.
Superintendent of Education and R&D
Attending Doctor’s in Operating Research and Master in Production Engineering by COPPE/UFRJ. Undergraduate in Production Engineering by Universidade Federal Fluminense, with 15 years of experience in operations management, optimization of production systems and organizational strategic planning. As Superintendent of FGV Network of Associated, he worked managing the operation of executive courses and Lato Sensu Postgraduate. Coordinator for Planning and Production Control in charge for the Richards manufacturing plant construction project, in partnership with the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro to develop the Sul Fluminense Productive Arrangement. In 7 years of experience as Engineer in Strategic Relationship of the Electric System National Operator - ONS, developed automation projects to follow the integration of Generation and Transmission to the National Interconnected System - SIN ventures, integration of operation control systems and of the relationship management model with agents from the power sector. His research interests include Quantitative Methods applied to Energetic Planning, Power Economy and Network Industries.

Bachelor in Law from PUC / MG, Specialist in Tax Administration in Companies by the Higher School of Finance Administration - ESAF, specialist in Business Law by PUC / MG and specialist in Regulation of the Electric Energy sector by the Law School of Rio de Janeiro Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV / RJ). At Getulio Vargas Foundation, he is a full member of the Referee Corps at the FGV Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration and Legal Consultant at FGV Energia. In the Brazilian Bar Association, he is the President of the Energy Commission of the Federal Council. With regard to his academic performance, the following positions stand out: Professor of the Postgraduate Course in Energy Law at UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília, Professor of the FGV Law Program Course - Electric Energy Legal Aspects, Professor of Law extension course and Electric Energy of the School of the Judiciary of the State of Rio de Janeiro - EMERJ, Professor of the extension course in Energy Law promoted by the Mozambican Bar Association in Maputo and Coordinator and Professor of Energy Law at the Superior School of Law OAB / SP).
Administrative Assistant
Graduated in Administration from Unicarioca University Center and MBA in Business Management from FGV. She has 7 years in the financial area of the IDE Controllership of FGV in the position of assistant of finance and control. She developed the flow elaboration activities, payments in general, autonomous payroll and employees, invoices, personal and legal registration.
Associated Researchers
Eduardo G. Pereira has been active in the oil and gas industry for several years and is an international expert on joint operating agreements. He has oil and gas practical experience in over 40 jurisdictions covering America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Dr. Pereira concluded his doctoral thesis on oil and gas joint ventures at the University of Aberdeen (Scotland). He conducted postdoctoral research at Oxford Institute for Energy Studies (University of Oxford, UK) and another postdoctoral research at the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law (University of Oslo, Norway). He holds part-time positions in several academic institutions. He is also a managing editor for the African Journal on Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental Law and an associate editor of OGEL. He is also the author and editor of several leading oil and gas textbooks.
