He worked in the economic-financial analysis of projects at Camp Consultoria and at Projeta Consultoria Econômica. He was financial director of DIVERJ.

Superintendent of Education and R&D
Attending Doctor’s in Operating Research and Master in Production Engineering by COPPE/UFRJ. Undergraduate in Production Engineering by Universidade Federal Fluminense, with 15 years of experience in operations management, optimization of production systems and organizational strategic planning. As Superintendent of FGV Network of Associated, he worked managing the operation of executive courses and Lato Sensu Postgraduate. Coordinator for Planning and Production Control in charge for the Richards manufacturing plant construction project, in partnership with the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro to develop the Sul Fluminense Productive Arrangement. In 7 years of experience as Engineer in Strategic Relationship of the Electric System National Operator - ONS, developed automation projects to follow the integration of Generation and Transmission to the National Interconnected System - SIN ventures, integration of operation control systems and of the relationship management model with agents from the power sector. His research interests include Quantitative Methods applied to Energetic Planning, Power Economy and Network Industries.

Coordinator of Institutional Relation at FGV Energia, Center for Energy Study, linked to FGV Presidency. Member of the Board of Administration and the Board of People linked to the body of Santo Antônio Energia Ltda. Member of the Board of Directors of REAL GRANDEZA Foundation. Worked for 35 years at FURNAS Centrais Elétricas (1979 to 2013), the last 5 years as Chief of Staff of the Presidency, when he also worked with Ombudsman (2013) and Superintendence of Communication (2011). At FURNAS, he also worked as Head of the Transmission Contracts Division and Transmission Trade Department. Luiz Roberto has broad experience in institutional relation, Executive management, acting as responsible in the Commercial and Regulatory Departments focused on integrating them to the most different business and services areas. In the technical area, he is specialized in power quality, equipment load capacity, especially transformers, system electrical planning.
She holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from COPPE / UFRJ and a Civil Engineer from UFRJ. She specialized in reservoir engineering and the evaluation of formations and later in oil and gas production, now called Petrobras University. She has taken several courses, in addition to those related to oil and gas production, including Management Development in Production Engineering, Trading in Exploration and Production Contracts, Qualification in Negotiation in the Oil Industry, Risk Management, Accounting, Management, Leadership , development for Board of Directors.
She started her career at Petrobras in 1980, always working in the production area, where she accumulated knowledge about all production areas in Brazil. She was assigned to the ANP to take advice from the Exploration and Production Board in 2002, while working as an E & P business consultant in the Petrobras E & P New Business area.
At the ANP, shortly after taking over the advisory, it also took over the exploration superintendencies and the definition of blocks, with a view to bidding rounds. She was responsible for the implementation of the ANP Pluriannual Plan of Geology and Geophysics, which resulted in the collection of essential data for the success of the bids in sedimentary basins of new frontiers.
She assumed the Board of the ANP in 2008 and the General Directorate in 2012, and led the creation of the Superintendence of Security and Environment, Superintendence of Information Technology, work on studies and preparation of contracts and notices, as well as the technical studies that culminated in the first pre-salt tender, in addition to the traditional bids under concession regime. She was responsible for the areas of Audit, Corregedoria, Attorney, Bid Promotion, Supply, Supervision of Distribution and Resale of Fuels, Human Resources, Administrative-Financial, Government Relations in addition to those related to Exploration and Production.

Technical manager of SUMMA Engenharia C. LTDA; electrical engineer with 37 years of career developed in the Electrical Sector of Brazil with emphasis in Distribution of Electric Energy and Transmission of Electric Energy, with a great experience in the areas of operation, maintenance, product and service quality performance, and technical and commercial regulation. Worked until June 2010 at Ampla Energia e Serviços SA, nowadays ENEL Distribuição RIO; in CERJ, in ELETROBRAS; and as an executive in the ENDESA Group. Representative in the main forums of the sector and, for 5 years, coordinator of the 'Technical Committee' of the Brazilian Association of Electric Power Distributors - ABRADEE and for 3 years coordinator of the Subcommittee of the Distribution Committee - CODI (merit). Develops economic studies at the interface between macro and microeconomics around issues related to technological, organizational, institutional and economic developments in energy industries and markets, as well as associated logistics infrastructure.
He has experience in research and consulting encompassing economic analysis, sector studies, preparation of economic development plans, regulatory analysis, investment analysis and economic feasibility. Consolidated experience in projects related to the Oil and Gas Industry (O&G), Fuel Market (Midstream & Downstream), Regulation Applied to the Energy Sector, Integrated Energy Models and Market Analysis.
He was Economist - Researcher Fellow for the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP). He is an Economist - Member of the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE), the Latin American Energy Economics Association (Aladee) and the Institute for New Economic Thinking (INET).
Master in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Water Resources and Sanitation from the Civil Engineering Program at COPPE/UFRJ. Graduated in Biological Sciences at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and is studying Civil Engineering at CEFET/RJ. As an academic researcher she participated in projects for monitoring Amazonian water bodies and management of solid waste and port effluents at the International Virtual Institute for Global Change (IVIG/COPPE/UFRJ). He has professional experience in the areas of hydrology and hydraulics in basic and executive projects of civil engineering, and in the preparation of technical proposals and work plans for public tenders.
In the electricity sector, he worked at Empresa de Pesquisa Energética (EPE), at Superintendência de Planejamento da Geração, where he worked with statistical analysis for the construction of historical series of inflows in hydroelectric plants, energy assessments of hydroelectric plant projects for technical qualification in new energy auctions, and in studies for the improvement of the Newave model under the scope of the Comissão Permanente para Análise de Metodologias e Programas Computacionais do Setor Elétrico (CPAMP).
Researcher at FGV Energia and Coordinator of the MBA/FGV in Business Management for the Electric Sector. She is Economist at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). She holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), and she holds a PhD in Finance and a post-doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering from PUC-Rio. During her doctorate, she was a visiting scholar at the University of Texas at Austin - McCombs School of Business. She was a Researcher at the Center for Research in Energy and Infrastructure - NUPEI, at PUC Rio University. She was an Advisor of the Mathematics program - Profmat, at IMPA. Among her interests are: risk analysis, analysis of projects & investment, capital structure, options models with applications to the Brazilian Electric Sector.
João Teles holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). He is specialized in Hydrothermal Systems Operations by COPPE/UFRJ and by the University of Waterloo, Canada. He did a three-month internship at British Columbia Hydro Co. Vancouver/Canada - 1978/1979.
At Companhia Hidrelétrica do São Francisco (CHESF) he served as Manager of the Energy Planning Division of CHESF, Advisor of the Energy Planning and Commercialization Department of CHESF and Representative of CHESF in the creation of MAE/CCEE. He worked at NC Energia/Neoenergia (2001 to 2017) as Energy Planning and Market Manager at NC Energia.
He is currently a Consultant in Energy Operation Planning, Electricity Sector Regulation and Electricity Trading at JT3energia, and Senior Consultant/Researcher at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Energia).
Master in Political Science from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO), with emphasis on cooperation in bioenergy with Petro-States. Graduated in International Relations from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), with Scientific Initiation in the Laboratory for Studies on Brazilian Foreign Policy and specialty in International Cooperation for Development. Research experience at the Naval War College's Center for Conjuncture Assessment (NAC/EGN), where he writes for the Geocurrent Bulletin and maps crises in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has also worked at Vahalla Research and Education, with emphasis on oil-exporting countries, their structural vulnerabilities and political-economic crises. He develops research projects on energy transition and has published articles on international cooperation, maritime security, geopolitics of energy and petro-states.

Paulo directed NC Energy for 13 years and coordinated the energy and market planning of Neoenergia Group. For 19 years, Paulo was the Commercial and Technical Manager of Bahia State Electricity Company – COELBA. Visiting professor of PUC-Rio, Getulio Vargas Foundation – FGV, UNIFACS-BA and POLI-PE to teach Energy Commercialization. He was the Vice-President and Technical Director of the Brazilian Energy Traders Association - ABRACEEL. Paulo was the counselor of the American Chamber of Commerce AmCham - Pernambuco.

Chemical Engineer by UFBA with Master Degrees in Energy from USP and Environmental Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausane. Received the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year award – Brazil 2001-2002. Published dozens of articles about energy and natural gas and has been conducting presentations in conferences around all over Brazil and abroad, such as Gastech, World Gas Conference, World Petroleum Conference, Rio Oil & Gas, Middle East Forum, Petrotech, etc. Ieda is a member of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce for Great Britain, in London, director of the Energy Division for the Department of Infrastructure of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo and member of the Board of Bureau Veritas (France) and InterEnergy Holdings (IEH). Ieda is also Senior Visiting Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies, member of the LNG-18 Program Committee, Vice-Chair of the Study Group Small LNG for the International Gas Union and the Steering Committee of Gastech Young Engineers. Ieda has 32 years of international experience developing projects and natural gas and energy market studies, joint ventures and natural gas, LNG and solar energy contract negotiations. She held leadership positions for over 13 years at BP plc, in London and Brazil, exercised roles as Vice-President of New Ventures, President BP Brazil, VP Latin America Gas and VP Market Development BP Solar. Before BP, Ieda was the President of Comgas in São Paulo, from 1995 to 1998, leading the privatization and corporate restructuring process of the largest gas distribution company in Brazil.

Também foi pesquisador no Instituto Brasileiro de Economia (IBRE) da FGV por 12 anos. Atualmente é consultor, Professor-Adjunto na FCE/UERJ, e ministra diversos cursos na FGV. Attended executive training programs on leadership, strategy, finances and governance at Amana-Key, Insead, Wharton, Harvard, Fundação Dom Cabral and London Business School.
Worked 30 years for Petrobras, holding several management roles such as Corporate Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager for Exploration & Production activities; Corporate Quality and HSE Manager for the International Business Area; Planning and Business Performance Assessment Manager for Americas, Africa and Eurasia, when he also represented Petrobras in the Board of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI). He managed ethanol partnerships for Petrobras Biocombustível, a full controlled subsidiary of Petrobras, where he became Ethanol and Agriculture Supply Executive Director, and board member of three affiliated companies: Guarani S.A., Nova Fronteira Bioenergia S.A., and Bambuí Bioenergia S.A.

Mechanical Engineer, graduated in Industrial Administration and Economic Engineering by UFRJ. By directing companies providers of services and operators of the oil and natural gas sector, such as HRT Africa, Halliburton, ABB, Vetco Gray, and Hughes WKM, Nelson accumulated over 35 years of experience, deep knowledge in the management and development of exploration & production businesses, platforms construction and logistics, project, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of underwater equipment, in addition to operation startups in Brazil, Angola and Namibia. He was the Director of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) from June 2006 to June 2010; led the creation of the National Content Coordination; led the Programs to Reduce Gas Burning, Improvement of the Production Fiscal Measurement, Bidding Rounds and Products Movement Integrated System. Eduardo G. Pereira has been active in the oil and gas industry for several years and is an international expert on joint operating agreements. He has oil and gas practical experience in over 40 jurisdictions covering America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Dr. Pereira concluded his doctoral thesis on oil and gas joint ventures at the University of Aberdeen (Scotland). He conducted postdoctoral research at Oxford Institute for Energy Studies (University of Oxford, UK) and another postdoctoral research at the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law (University of Oslo, Norway). He holds part-time positions in several academic institutions. He is also a managing editor for the African Journal on Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental Law and an associate editor of OGEL. He is also the author and editor of several leading oil and gas textbooks.
