Ph.D. candidate in Administration at EAESP, Master's in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a specialization in the Strategic Management Program at INSEAD in France, postgraduate studies in Finance from FGV and IBMEC, and an economist. Professor of Strategy and Pricing in FGV, COPPE, PUC, and ESPM courses. Researcher at FGV Energia, former Superintendent of Economic Studies at the Brazilian Institute of Economics of Fundação Getulio Vargas, responsible for the technical cooperation agreement between IBRE and ANS between 2016-2019, coordinated the technical cooperation agreement with ANS, between 2016-2019, regulatory work for Abramge, and companies from other sectors such as Vale, Ambev, Transpetro, Oi, Abrapp, among others. Between 2004 and 2006, he was Regulatory Strategy Director at Embratel, and from May 2002 to February 2004, he was Executive Superintendent at Anatel. He was a consultant for FUNBIO on the implementation of environmental projects with return.
