Matheus Dias

Graduated in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), with an exchange program at the Technical University of Darmstadt, in Germany (Technische Universität Darmstadt); and an MBA in Business Management, Trade and International Operations from FIA Business School. In his career, Mr. Dias held management positions at Promon Engenharia, where he worked in the areas of supply, logistics, engineering, and management of large oil and gas and infrastructure projects, as well as serving as supply and contracts manager at Hidrovias do Brasil (a partnership between Grupo Promon and Pátria Investimentos, managers at the time of Fundo P2 Brasil). In 2020, he joined Starboard Asset, where he became executive director in the private equity area, being one of the leaders of the firm's acquisition of Ouro Preto Óleo Gás. At Grupo 3R, after the Company's IPO, Mr. Dias came to lead the Commercial and New Business areas as Statutory Director of the Company's subsidiaries, being responsible for negotiations regarding acquisitions of oil and gas production assets, strategic partnerships, and key contracts. During 2022, Mr. Dias took on leadership of the Supply, Information Technology, Legal, and Regulatory areas, as well as the Mid & Downstream areas.
