Ricardo Savini

Mr. Ricardo is a geologist from UnB, holds a Master's in Stratigraphy from UFRGS, and has 33 years of experience in the oil industry. He worked in Venezuela, the United States, and Argentina, in addition to Brazil. He held various management and director positions at Petrobras (in the Exploration Division of the Research and Development Center and in the Bahia Operating Unit), at Pérez Companc (in the Venezuela Business Unit and in Corporate E&P in Argentina), at Deloitte (in Brazil's Oil & Gas Center of Excellence), and at Georadar (a Brazilian Oil & Gas and Mining services company). He is currently the CEO and board member of 3R Petroleum e Participações S.A., as well as its subsidiaries, in addition to being a Member of the Company's People and Compensation Committee and its Finance Committee.
