FGV Energia promotes actions to improve the quality of life
In line with its goal of producing knowledge to develop the country’s power sector and apply resources sustainably, FGV Energia promotes initiatives seeking to improve the quality of life of FGV community.
The Brazilian Committee on Dams - CBDB conducts a Symposium on Small and Medium Power Plants and Reversible Plants every two years with the purpose of having a privileged and high-level forum, creating conditions for discussions, as well as reflections on themes that require such analysis.
The Majestic Hotel, in Florianópolis (State of Santa Catarina) will host the 10th Symposium on Small and Medium Hydropower and Reversible Plants on April 27 and 28, 2016, followed by technical visit on April 29.
FGV Energia started its cycle of lectures Energy in Focus - Strategies and Challenges for the Future with a very special guest this year. On December 07, FGV Energia will launch the Supplementary Renewable Energies Booklet in Brazil. Arising from Wind, Biomass, Small Hydroelectric (PCH) and Solar Plants, this energy has been conquering important spaces in the expansion of the offer for energy supply.
OTC Brazil, promoted by IBP - Brazilian Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Institute and by OTC - Offshore Technology Conference is one of the most important events in the world for the development of offshore resources in the drilling, exploration, production and environmental protection areas.
This year, OTC Brazil will be held from October 27 to 29 in Rio Centro - RJ.
