On May 24, 2016, FGV Energia realized a debate on the launching of the Electric Cars Booklet, in the headquarters building of the FGV, in Rio de Janeiro, with the objective of promoting the discussion on how the insertion of these can alter the energy market, Automotive and environmental Brazilian.
FGV Energia plans and holds Conferences, Seminars, Congresses and Themed Discussions, individually or in partnership with other FGV units and/or renowned education and national and international research institutions, in order to provide a high level debate and serve as a connection between consumers and producers, Government and industry, and academics.

On April 19, FGV Energia realized a roundtable on the theme "Climate Issues and Impacts in Energy Business", in Rio de Janeiro, to discuss the main climatic phenomena and Impacts on energy resources in Brazil.
Given that climate phenomena directly affect the availability of energy resources, their better understanding promotes better decision making and mitigation of risks.

15 Dec 2016 Authors and experts debate Law and electricity in book
FGV Energia and the Rio de Janeiro Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (Rio Law) are launching, together with Synergia Editora, the book "Relevant Issues in Electric Energy Law". The work, which is coordinated by Professor Fábio Amorim da Rocha, arrives at Tomo V and will be released on December 15th, at 7:30 pm, at the FGV Cultural Center.
