On 6th December, FGV Energia promoted a lecture with Luiz Fernando Leone Vianna, Director General of Itaipu Binacional, in another edition os the series of lectures "Energy in Focus - Strategies and Challenges for the Future", whose theme was " The Importance of Itaipu for Brazil and Paraguay". During the meeting, Luiz Fernando will speak about his experience in the hydropower generation market.

On 28 September, FGV Energia promoted a lecture with Bernardo Gradin, president of GranBio, on September, 28th, at 6:00p.m., another edition of the series of lectures "Energy in Focus - Strategies and Challenges for the Future", which will focus on "Reality of Cellulosic Ethanol - A Brazilian Case of Innovation ". During the meeting, Bernardo Gradin talked about his vision in the energy sector based on his experiences in the market.
